We at Traeger are dedicated to supporting and learning all about smoking with wood, if you are a new comer to pellet grills or a seasoned pit master our events are designed to educate and support the amazing features of Traeger Grills and allow you to learn from the industries best chefs from Matt Pitman & Diva Q to the Shank Brothers and more.

Established in 2013 as a Competition BBQ Team, Barbecue Mafia is now a World renowned Brand. We have toured and honed our craft in Texas and the Mid West of the US and cooked on nearly every form of smoker there is. Our Members Drew, Chris, Ryan, Gareth and Chef Ryan have years of Low N Slow experience and kitchen expertise. |
As a Competition BBQ Team we won the 2017 Australian BBQ Wars the biggest BBQ contest outside of North America, followed by a trip to the American Royal World Series of BBQ in Kansas City in 2018 where we placed 5th in Brisket (Invitational 185 teams) and 7th in Brisket (Open 500 teams).
Since 2015 we have operated Sold Out pop up BBQ restaurants and Cooking classes in Brisbane and in 2019 Opened our first restaurant ’Barbecue Mafia Smoked Meat Co’ as an homage to Central Texas Style BBQ.
We are truly excited to partner with Traeger Grills, a world respected brand and can’t wait to share our knowledge

Michael Rose, Mitchell Davis and Michael Willcocks are Badass Barbecue, a competition BBQ team based in Sydney Australia. As one of the first competition teams formed in the country, the boys set out to compete in as many barbecue contests as possible with the goal to one day make it to an event in America, and take on the best in the world. After traipsing around the country in 2016 they earned their spot into The Jack Daniels World Championship Invitational where they finished a respectable 62nd out of the worlds top 100 teams, and 5th out of the international contestants. |

Perth BBQ Co. is a company dedicated to serving up authentic, wood-fired barbecue food.
Created by 2 Perth BBQ School alumni, Dave Langford and Nathan James, along with Perth BBQ School owner Gus Gallagher, the company cooks an American-inspired barbecue menu consisting of delicious wood-fired smoked meats and sides for private events throughout WA. The trio are also the founding members of the Perth BBQ School competition team, and with their combined passion for all things BBQ have gone on to enjoy huge success in the competition circuit since forming at the start of 2018, including being invited to compete at the KCBS World Invitational in Kansas. |
